Training & Development Manager

As Training & Development Manager your objective will be to maximize potential across employees.
Other duties include;
- Preparation of training strategy and budget to meet the Company's learning and skill development needs*Assessment of training requirements for the organization*Identify T&D needs within the business through job analysis*Ensure efficiency of T & D through with an effective mix of classroom, blended and online learning methods*Provide regular business skills courses*Create and maintain an E-learning resource for all departments.
Other requirements are;
- Degree qualified - essential* Minimum 10 years' experience within a training role within the GCC - essential* Excellent communication skills
- essential* Fluency in English - essential* Oil & Gas sector experience - highly desirable
