Reimagine What’s Possible

Description:
The intern will be working at Air Products’ Saudi Arabia Technology Center (SATC) in Dharan Techno-Valley. The intern will be part of technology team working on the gas separation lab.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the analysis of the experiments conducted. - Prepare and present the work conducted in the lab. - Shadow and assist in the test conduct in the gas separation lab. - Support troubleshooting efforts under the guidance of research engineers. - Learn and follow procedures for running the gas separation lab instruments. - Assist in troubleshooting issues under the supervision of research engineers. - Learn and follow Air Products safety standards. - Actively participate hazard identification and lab safety. - Assist in maintaining experiment records and test reports. - Document and interpret SEM findings to support membrane development and performance evaluation. - Analyse SEM images to assess membrane morphology, pore structure, and surface characteristics. - Operate or shadow the operation of SEM equipment under supervision to capture high-resolution images of membrane cross-sections and surfaces. - Assist in the preparation of membrane samples for SEM imaging, including cutting, mounting - Collaborate with research engineers to correlate SEM data with gas separation performance metrics.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Word, Power Point. Etc)
