**Job Description and Qualifications**
**We Are Inviting You to Join the Air Products Team through our Women Engineer and Technical Associate (Development) Program ( FETA )**. The FETA Program provides an opportunity for very hardworking women to develop engineering and technical expertise, while learning from and networking with leaders and professionals throughout our organization. The most meaningful characteristic is to arrive with the desire to learn so you can build skills for your personal skills’ toolbox.
FETA is specifically crafted as a 2-3 year rotational program where you’ll receive both the hands-on and soft-skills training that will help you advance your career at Air Products. Through the rotations you will develop your engineering and professional skills as well as get a better understanding of your interests and strengths. The rotations will be in different engineering and/or technical areas, and different company locations.
Potential areas for mechanical engineers can include but are not limited to, engineering, project management, project controls, construction, and supply chain. At least one of the three assignments will be based in a plant location.
**What You’ll Need to Qualify**
- B.S. or M.S. degree in any engineering field Fresh Graduate or Experienced
- Meaningful work experience through jobs, co-ops or internships
- Proven leadership - examples: through involvement in on-campus or community activities, participation on governing boards, leading teams, mentor, tutoring, etc.
