**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the revision, negotiation, and management of all contracts related to Qiddiya’s projects
- Ensure that contracts comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess contract requirements and impact on project delivery
- Provide strategic advice on contractual matters to minimize risks and enhance project outcomes
- Develop and maintain contract templates and standard operating procedures for contract management
- Monitor contract performance, handle amendments, and manage issue resolutions effectively
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and contractors to ensure compliance and mutual benefits
- Keep abreast of market trends, legal changes, and best practices to ensure Qiddiya's contract strategies are competitive and compliant
- Lead and mentor the contracts team to build expertise and ensure high standards of contract management
- Attend meetings with Consultants and Contractor's representatives on all contractual matters.
- Manage the establishment of a filing system so as to maintain Service Agreements and Contracts incorporating the Procurement through to Contract Award Recommendations documentation for internal audit readiness status. Ensuring adherence and compliance with governance across all contractual aspects and monitoring of changes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- A minimum of 9 -12 years of relevant experience (contract management experience, preferably within real estate or construction sectors)
- In-depth knowledge of contract law and legal compliance
- Proven expertise in negotiating and managing complex contracts
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail with a strong organizational capability
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools
