We are headquartered in London, Singapore and Dubai, working throughout the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Our areas of expertise are represented in four core verticals: Building Engineering, Planning and Infrastructure, Strategy and Advisory and Commissioning, Handover and Asset Management.

We are looking for a Project Management Lead who will support the implementation of the effective, high quality and timely Project Management functions as part of the project management unit.

**Key Accountabilities and Activities**:

- Will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of the Project
- Preparing and maintaining the Project Management Plan Documents, throughout all the phases of the Project
- Preparing and maintaining overall Project Schedule for internal project control activities and general development control, integrating Consultants schedules.
- Will be responsible for managing, monitoring and tracking overall project performances
- Ensure that Project milestones are delivered on schedule and within budget, meeting quality standards, throughout all the project phases

**Essential skills**:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering and a Project Management Certification
- International or GCC driving license
- 10 years experience in a similar role
- 5 years regional experience
