**JOB TITLE**: Public Relation Officer
**REPORTING TO**: Country Lead KSA
**LOCATION**: KSA
**ADDITIONAL INFO**: Working from KSA Office; Expected to travel to different official offices around KSA
**PURPOSE OF POSITION**
Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organisations / authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two.
Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labour & Consulates and Business Licences to the company, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.
Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses, employees, and their families to assist them on all government related services.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Legislative compliance
- Responsible for ensuring all Company Licenses are up to date
- Ensuring smooth, compliance, and efficient interactions with official organisations as well as any other semi-government institution.
Government liaison
- Managing the labour and immigration directly with government offices and management on various legal issues.
- Maintaining good relationship with government departments and agencies.
Employee’s support
- Cancellations of Visa’s and work permits for existing employees. (Both in English and in Arabic)
- Support expat employees with househunting, transportation and children schooling.
- Assisting HR management in employee relation issues.
General Administration
- Keeping track of all the employee legal documents and ensuring all administrative duties are kept up to date and legally compliant.
- Producing relevant reports as and when required.
- Assisting in any other day to day office administration.
**DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY**
As per Board-approved DOA and as necessary for functions outside the DOA.
As delegated by the Country Lead, when necessary.

Education/Achievements
Required
- Business bachelor’s Degree
Preferred
- Post-graduate qualification including public relation
Experience/Knowledge
Required
- 5 years’ experience in similar job with strong experience with govt. organizations and embassies
- Ability to interpret legislation
- Arranging Business / Commercial License registration and renewals
- Experience in Office Suite
- Dealing with Ministry of Labour / Immigration and other Government Bodies
- Experience in obtaining Visa Quota
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
Preferred
- Advanced Word and Excel skills
