Mission:

The Public Relations Officer PRO is accountable to be responsible for the full spectrum of Government Affair matters related to employee and company.

To provide administrative support to Country Manager, legal and HR through effective coordination with government entities, ensuring compliance with local labor and immigration regulations, and facilitating all official processes related to employee documentation, company licensing, and legal obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with ministries, labor departments, and immigration authorities for processing work permits, visas, labor cards, and residency permits.
  • To ensure all licenses and certificates (company licensing, registration renewals, and official documentations)are renewed on time and company doesn t face any legal issues due to the nonrenewal of such certificates. Keep record on those documents and update as requested.
  • Keep the company updated on changes in local laws, labor rules, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all governmental transactions, documentation, and filings
  • Obtain from the concerned government offices all necessary documentation for the legal employment of all employees within KSA. Ensure this is processed in a timely way to assist the recruitment and employment of new joiners and continuous employment of current staff.
  • Maintain relations with the various Ministerial and governmental departments.
  • To be responsible for Human Resources government related tasks: (example below):

. Master certificates and platforms: Qiwa Muqeem -GOSI- Nitaqat .

. Liaise with GOSI office and Labour office for various issue

. HR Labour office issues on Najez

. Transfer of sponsorship for expat employees.

.New work permits and Iqama Renewals.

.Exit re-entry visas for employee.

  • To be responsible for Legal Department related tasks: (example below):

.SAGIA CR Wasel- Chamber of Commerce renewals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as PRO or similar
  • Bachelor s degree ot equivalent combination of education and experience in similar related field - preferred in Public Relations
  • Languages: Ability to communicate clearly, read and write effectively; in English and Arabic
  • Thorough understand of local law standards, Approving Authority processes.
  • Be collaborative and able to work across regional offices and business boundaries.
  • Proven experience in leading PRO services in a multi-national organization whilst displaying particular sensitivity towards cultural and ethnic differences
  • Based in Riyadh, with a geographic scope in KSA
