**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**: Supervise and manage the implementation of architectural designs on construction sites, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution of architectural components.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, verify compliance with design specifications, and identify and resolve any issues.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, addressing any architectural-related challenges that arise during the construction process.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including progress reports, inspection logs, and any changes to plans or specifications.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all architectural work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- **Design Reviews**: Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure they meet project requirements.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and address any discrepancies or conflicts between architectural plans and on-site conditions, proposing effective solutions to mitigate delays or rework.
- **Client Interaction**: Act as a point of contact for clients on-site, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project budgets related to architectural elements, ensuring that costs are controlled and align with the project budget.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum [3] years of experience in architectural engineering, with a focus on site management and construction.
- **Certifications**: Professional licensure as an architect or engineer (e.g., PE, RA) is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work on-site, including travel to various project locations as needed.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

**Work Environment**:

- The role involves working on construction sites, which may require standing, walking, and working in various weather conditions.

Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼7,500.00 per month
