This is an exceptional opportunity to grow with a **leading Irish construction/Oil & Gas company** that offers significant potential for advancement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurately log all bid enquires on our CRM system following company guidelines and ensure accurate bid data capture.
- Prepare commercial offers according to templates and guidelines, and generate them directly through the company system when required.
- Maintain project files, collaborate with customers for efficient support, and coordinate simultaneous projects.
- Manage documentation control procedures, compile and submit project documentation (including proposals, pre-qualification docs, and method statements), and update stakeholders on bid status, progression, issues, and potential delays.
- Compose timely data reports as requested by management, participate in progress review meetings, and prepare relevant minutes and reports.
- Develop dashboards and intelligent reports for management decision-making, process information to stakeholders with clear instructions and timelines, and ensure work is completed in line with company policies and procedures.
- Distribute all project correspondence to relevant stakeholders promptly and maintain project documentation filed on the server in the allocated location.
**Required Qualification / Experience / Skills**:
- Degree in Business Administration/Science/Engineering or equivalent from a recognized international university.
- Minimum 4+ years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in **Arabic reading and writing**:
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team.
- Demonstrated flexibility, strong multitasking, organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent team skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
**Job Location**:Jeddah
**Type of Employment**:Permanent / Full time
**Salary**: SAR 5000 - SAR 7000 / month
