As a PRO, you'll be responsible for managing government and official communications on behalf of the company. Your role will involve liaising with authorities, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with government authorities to handle documentation and administrative processes.
- Facilitate the visa and work permit processes for Clients
- Manage official communications and represent the company in official matters.
- Coordinate with various government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for business operations.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate their impact to the company.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to government interactions and approvals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
- Support other departments with PRO-related tasks as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with government procedures, regulations, and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in office software.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
