Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Mechanical Inspector **to join our team In this role you will get to **work on one of the fastest growing projects in the kingdom **.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Conducts inspections to determine if work has been done in accordance with contract specifications and may include any of the following:

- Demolition of transportation facilities (roads, streets, bridges etc.)
- Construction of roads, bridges, and other associated improvements (curb and gutter, street, sidewalk, landscaping).
- Drainage work, traffic control, compliance with SWPPP requirements
- Installation of electrical equipment related to traffic signals, ramp metering and street lighting
- Irrigation and planting, roadway and overhead sign removal and installation.
- Installation on temporary and permanent signs and delineation
- Installation of mechanical equipment
- Building and facility construction and associated site development
- Taking project photographs on a daily basis and filing them

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Associate's Degree in a technical discipline or construction-related field, or a high school diploma and equivalent work experience, is required. Also requires typically 5+ years of related experience Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications and be thoroughly familiar with construction-related processes related to the area of assignment.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Knowledge of English grammar and composition, the ability to communicate clearly both orally
- Capability to perform math calculation in order to prepare engineering calculations, graphs and charts. Proficiency with basic computer usage, Microsoft Office, Project Management Software and internet search engines (like Google or equivalent).
