Overview:
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Curriculum Developer Specialist to provide courseware and curriculum development services required to meet RSNF training program objective. This position will be located in Jubail, KSA and will be an onsite position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing current courseware and curriculum used by the RSNF to identify training and education gaps and select appropriate media types and delivery modalities to satisfy new training requirements and enhance existing training solutions to align with job performance.
- Assessing courseware products by current NAVEDTRA standards
- Understanding the RSNF end-to-end process and tailor it for use within RSNF for management of curriculum modification.
- Establishing the ability to update courseware (Classroom and Interactive Multimedia Instruction)
- Providing technical guidance in the design, development, modification/enhancement, preparation of specifications and preparation and/or review of technical and management support documentation for training system(s) testing and maintenance support

Qualifications:
BS 5-8 years experiene.

4 years of direct military experience in the associated functional tasks - OR -in lieu of BS must have ten (10) years of combined military and civilian experience in the associated functional tasks.

Shall have professional knowledge of Navy management theories, policies, principles, procedures, and techniques.

Shall be a United States citizen (or NITAQAT).

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range: USD $62,000.00 - USD $86,566.82 /Yr.
