To lead all operational activities related to SABIC and ensure the smooth progress of all processes with internal and external stakeholders to achieve all strategic and operational objectives of the business.

**1- Operations**:

- Implementation and compliance of policies and procedures.
- Ensure operational planning and quality assurance control systems are applied and followed.

**2-Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas of opportunities that affect overall performance.
- Lead process improvement initiatives from the design until the implementation.

**3- Joint business plans**:

- Coordinate with functional leaders to align on the operational activities and agreed strategic objectives.
- Identify and develop new opportunities with other business units to maintain sustainable growth.

**4- Cost savings initiatives**:

- Review Sabic costs and identify any saving opportunities.
- Review P&L and adjust operational budgets to maintain profitability.
- Financial planning while maintaining control systems and compliance
- Lead cost savings initiatives with the other business units (PR, Claims, PA, Commercial analysis).

**5- Customer Satisfaction**:

- Improve NPS (Net Promoter Score) - CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) through engagement.
- Work with TQM department to identify new tools and technologies to better serve the customer and analyze their feedback

- Ability to audit and monitor quality of outputs
- Experience in delivery against specified protocols/procedures ensuring the highest level of performance.
- Ability to build and develop relationships with internal employee, strategic partners and other external parties/ organisations; able to resolve conflict.
- Problem solving and creative solutions
- Self-motivated with ability to inspire, motivate and influence others
- Personal accountability and willingness to engage others to ensure execution of the initiatives
