Elia Grid International has offices in Belgium, Germany, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Malaysia, and Thailand.

**Your function**

EGI wishes to reinforce its Strategic consulting team working in the context of supporting the energy transition. To achieve this, we are looking for experienced Business Consultants, with expertise in the field of the electricity transmission industry.

As a Strategy Consultant, you will support our clients in coping with energy transition challenges.

Typical activities involve (but are not limited to):

- Working closely with the client on its premises,
- Perform industry and best practices research works,
- State problem, identify issues, perform analysis, develop strategic roadmaps, communicate conclusions and recommendations,
- Gathering stakeholders and leading working groups workshops, Collaborate closely with an expert pool of EGI and Elia Group, scope their tasks and communicate insights to the client.

You will typically work in a team of 1 -5 consultants to help clients achieve new performance highs.

**Your profile**
- Master’s and advanced degree or MBA with consistent outstanding academic records;
- 3+ years’ experience as a consultant in strategic consulting services is requested;
- Knowledge of electricity transmission;
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment;
- Strategic management perspective;
- Experience working in the Middle East or emerging markets is an asset;
- Fluent in English; Knowledge of any of the following languages would be an asset: German / French / Netherlands /Arabic.
