Coordinate the operations with the service team, engage with the operations staff from the customer end, Coordinate the operations forecast and assure readiness of the needed tools, equipment and personnel, work with the quality, inventory and service team to assure all consumables, tools and equipment are available and sufficient to run smooth operations, solid technical in WellHead & XTree installations, Maintenance & Repair services with previous experience of 8+ year, Provides the highest level of customer service, Internally works with the engineers and business functions/ leadership to assure high quality and on-time reporting.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Work with customer on the operations forecast and manage allocating the right resources for smooth execution.
- Effectively manages the service team’s movement to and from workshop to field. assuring Pre-job briefing, works with the service manager to other coordinators to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out.
- Review the engineers reports and assure high quality reports and work with the engineers for on-time submission.
- Regularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
- Oversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure highest quality of work
- Manges the workshop activity. Work with quality and inventory team to assure proper stock of consumables and tools are available.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor's degree in the industrial or technical field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of field experience.
- Have interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues and customers across all businesses and cultures
- Have leadership capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects and/or deadlines
