**Job Summary**:
Driving revenue growth through strategic business development, fostering high-level relationships with stakeholders, and leading a dynamic sales team.
This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships
with key clients, and mentoring the sales team to achieve exceptional results.
As Director of Sales, we rely on you for,
**Business Development**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury travel and hospitality market.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level stakeholders, including corporate clients,travel agencies and VIP private offices.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with key clients.

**Relationship Management**:

- Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction by addressing client needs promptly.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience.

**Team Mentorship and Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Adjust sales strategies based on performance analysis and market feedback.

**What we are Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Proven Business Development experience within the hospitality/tourism industry or luxury service industry at tactical and strategic level.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and managing a sales team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
