**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a customized curriculum and lesson plans tailored to the student’s specific needs, goals, and current level of English proficiency.
- Provide comprehensive instruction in all areas of English, including reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage the student and enhance learning.
- Prepare the student for the academic demands of a Master's degree program, focusing on academic writing, research skills, and advanced reading comprehension.
- Offer regular assessments and feedback to track progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment to boost the student's confidence and motivation.
- Address any specific challenges or difficulties the student may encounter in their language learning journey.
- Maintain open communication with the student to understand their needs, preferences, and areas requiring additional focus.
- Provide regular updates on the student's progress and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, particularly at the beginner level.
- Familiarity with academic English and the requirements of graduate-level studies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the student's learning style and needs.
- Professionalism and reliability.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in preparing students for higher education, particularly for Master's degree programs.
- Knowledge of various English proficiency tests (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS) and strategies for excelling in them.
- Additional certifications in TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From ﷼2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 - 9 per week
