Job Title: Expert English Tutor

Reports to: the CEO

Overall Responsibilities:

- To provide English tutoring to a small group of employees to address individual employee gaps.
- To support and guide employees to achieve success and realise their potential.
- To manage employees’ learning and provide a high quality learning experience.
- To record attendance and learning for each session

Main Duties:
1. To teach effectively on a range of programmes, levels and qualification types recognizing and meeting employees’ individual needs.

2. To research, develop and effectively implement new learning materials in a variety of media to engage employees in learning.

3. To assess employees’ work effectively to meet awarding body standards

4. To monitor and record employees’ progress and take action to ensure employees meet required

standards and deadlines.

7. To plan for, oversee and effectively incorporate into the learning experiences of employees the

10. To timetable all employees for small group support and update timetables regularly
