Job Summary:
**Purpose of the job**:
Support service team, manager, and coordinators to ensure successful completion of services assigned to the team

and contribute to achieving targets of the organization.

**Educational Background Requirements**:
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or similar degree.

**Experience Required**:
7-10 years of work related experience ( Ship Repairs, Diesel & Fuel Engines background)

**Required skills and Special requirements**:

- Professional “hands on” experience in engine jobs, such as overhauling, maintenance, and assembly.
- Experience in servicing and providing complete maintenance to boats, such as propellers,

outboard/ inboard engines, diesel & marine engines, cylinder heads, and fiber repair.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with boat workshop team to ensure successful completion of customer enquiries as per schedule.
- Communicate with service team to coordinate for attendance of job.
- Participate with technical staff in execution of services within specified timeline.
- Maintain good business relationship with customers.
- Stay updated with standards & regulation.
- Interact with other teams, such as sales and procurement teams as needed.
- Perform major overhauling, servicing, and assembly on diesel, marine, outboard/ inboard, generator,

excavation engines, cylinder piston, seawater pump, lube oil pump, fresh water pump, and water cooler.
- Remove, service, and assemble shaft propellers.
- Align and calibrate different motors and pumps.
- Maintain good condition of boats & engines, and adhere to company QHSE standards.
- Perform additional work as required by Management
