**Job Description**:
**ID Inspector**
We are currently looking for a number of ID Inspector with a minimum of 08 years’ experience
- Coordinate with the Senior Interior Design Inspector for accurate usage of latest shop drawings for site inspections
- Monitor the quality of the fit-out works and FFE.
- Based on site, to identify any mis-coordination and communicate the same to the Senior ID inspector for resolution.
- Supervision of all mock ups made on site
- Oversee and conduct the inspections with comment to be made and logged if any, ensuring that all aspects are covered during the inspections.
- Record and issue NCR’s, with the approval of the Senior ID Inspector.
- Keep a structured record of daily site activities with a reviewed end of week.
- Reports of any foreseeable delays to Senior ID Inspector.
- Ensure that inspections are carried out in a timely and consistent manner and maintain a good turnaround time for the inspection request.
- Conduct quality inspections as required.
- Inspections of material handling and storage.
- Prepare check list for the inspections of various entities.
- Review suitability of design and advise of any construction constraints.
- Conduct inspections and prepare snag list, de-snag.
- Ensure that works by the contractor are progressing and completed as per the Hotel Operator’s/Owner’s deadlines.
- Assist the Senior ID Inspector to prepare the final snag list.
