**Position **:Recruitment **, **Training & Development Senior Supervisor
**Location **:Jabal Sayid, Medina Province, Saudi Arabia
**Responsible for**:
- Work with HOD’s to develop a standard development plan for each position within the department.
- Work with HOD’s to develop Career paths for the individuals that have been identified during the talent process.
- Run the intern/bursary and secondment program for the mine.
- Work with the HOD’s to develop the PD’s for each position within the department (He will be the custodian and make sure that all of it is on record. We need a booklet with all of the information around salary scales, minimum quality and experience required.
- Set up the annual performance commitment and the Outputs with the HOD’s and follow up the completion.
- Ensure individual PDP’s are developed as per the feedback from the annual performance management process
- Cooperate with the HR Manager and HOD’s to set up the succession plan.
- Develop PDP’s for individuals as requested and approved my Management
- An in-depth understanding in the preparation of PDP’s
- Ensure all employees with a PDP’s are communicated to on a regular basis.
- Ensure supervisors/line managers are aware of the PDP process.
- Ensure the development of the company wide annual training budget.
- Ability to convert training needs into a companywide training budget.
- Have an In-depth understanding of the training budget formulation and the approval process.
- Ensure supervisors/line managers are involved in the training budget process.
- Identify external training providers and learning institutes which can deliver against expectations.
- Continuously monitor and report on the effectiveness of training efforts across the company
- Adjusts curriculum and training vendors to meet best company and employee needs, through cost benefit analysis.
- Develops course measurement tools that demonstrate the impact of training on employees related to business criteria.
- Assist the HR Manager to ensure the Saudization/localization plan are developed and monitored and complied with
- Ensure that a Saudi specific development program is set up and monitored.
- An effective Saudi employee development database
- Follow up all the Recruitment Process (Requisition in ORC, Advertising, etc)
- Updating the Organization Structures with the HOD’s
**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Training and Recruitment or Business Management. Computer literacy in MS-Word, MS-Excel in advance level. Good command of English and Arabic.
**Desirable**:
Training and Development Accreditation, CIPD L5 certificate.
**Experience**:
**Essential**:
Experience in a Training role, with knowledge and understanding of administration, policies & procedures.
**Desirable**:
Experience in a Training & Development role within the construction or mining industry
**Competencies**:
**Essential**:
Fluent in English and Arabic and can relate to all employees and managers and develop/maintain sound working relationships
High attention to detail - can analyse information and identify errors and gaps
Organised - can work within defined timelines and work methodically towards them
