**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies, including evaluating environmental and sustainability factors.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior architects and design teams.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in architecture, design, and construction technologies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 5 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to work under deadlines and within budget constraints.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for sustainable, innovative design and a commitment to high-quality work.
