**BIM Coordinator**

**Roles and Responsibilities of BIM Coordinator**:
A BIM Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating the BIM process within a project. Responsibilities may include:

- **Coordination**: Overseeing the collaborative efforts of various project teams and disciplines.
- **Model Management**: Managing the creation, organization, and maintenance of BIM models.
- **Standardization**: Ensuring adherence to BIM standards and protocols.
- **Communication**: Facilitating effective communication between different stakeholders.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identifying and resolving issues related to model coordination.

**Execution of BIM Uses for Single and Multidisciplinary Coordination in BIM Project (3D Coordination & Design Review)**:

- **Single Disciplinary Coordination**: Ensures that models from different disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP) align correctly, identifying and resolving clashes to avoid conflicts during construction.
- **Multidisciplinary Coordination**: Involves coordination between various disciplines to integrate their models seamlessly, promoting collaboration and reducing errors.
- **3D Coordination & Design Review**: Utilizing BIM to visualize and analyze the 3D model for design review, enabling stakeholders to assess the project's overall integrity and functionality.

**Assist in BIM Related Meetings**:
Participating in meetings to discuss BIM-related issues, updates, and coordination efforts. Providing insights and facilitating discussions to enhance collaboration among team members.

**Digital Information Management**:
Managing digital information throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and proper version control of BIM models and associated data.

**Common Data Environment (CDE)**:
Establishing and maintaining a centralized platform (CDE) for collaborative data sharing. The CDE serves as a secure repository where all project stakeholders can access, contribute, and manage project-related information.

**Data Quality Control & Assurance Across Various Stages**:
Implementing processes to control and assure the quality of data at every stage of the project. This involves validating information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

**Model Checking Including Clash Avoidance Strategies and Clash Detection Resolution Methodologies**:

- **Clash Avoidance Strategies**: Proactively identifying and addressing potential clashes during the design phase to prevent conflicts in construction.
- **Clash Detection Resolution**: Identifying clashes using BIM tools and implementing methodologies to resolve conflicts efficiently.

**Audit Reporting Overview of Common CDE Platform**:
Conducting periodic audits to assess the effectiveness of the CDE. Generating reports to provide an overview of data management practices, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, and identifying areas for improvement

**Experience**

Minimum 2 Years as BIM Coordinator required.
