JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join our dedicated team. As a leader in program management in Saudi Arabia, JASARA is committed to advancing social infrastructure projects that align with Vision 2030. The BIM Manager will be responsible for guiding the Building Information Modeling process across various civil engineering projects, ensuring innovative and efficient practices are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of BIM execution plans for all assigned projects
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to integrate BIM methodologies into workflows
- Provide guidance and training to team members on BIM software and processes
- Lead model reviews, clash detection sessions, and ensure the accuracy and quality of BIM deliverables
- Stay abreast of the latest BIM technologies and advocate for their implementation
- Facilitate collaboration among various engineering disciplines to maximize project efficiency
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in BIM management, with a proven track record in the construction industry
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian construction landscape is a plus
