The **Reception and Sales Associate** professionally welcome clients and visitors, deliver an excellent first impression, and focus on closing new memberships and renewals while effectively achieving monthly sales targets.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Achieve the monthly sales target for new memberships, renewals, and upselling additional services.
- Greet all visitors warmly and provide a comprehensive introduction to the club’s services and programs.
- Handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries professionally, and transfer calls as needed.
- Handle customer objections skillfully and persuade them effectively.
- Create member accounts, update personal data, and log all notes into the CRM system.
- Issue invoices, receive payments, and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and ensure marketing materials are available.
- Promote additional services such as car wash, massage, lab testing, in-house products, etc.
- Send daily reports to management covering sales, potential leads, performance updates, and improvement suggestions.
- Follow all club policies and procedures, and respect organizational hierarchy and task assignments.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, trainers, and customer service staff to ensure an excellent client experience.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fitness clubs or health centers.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of gym services, POS systems, and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with diverse client personalities.
- Proficient in using computers and basic office software.

**Work Conditions**:

- Rotational shifts to cover club hours **(6:00 AM to 2:00 AM**).
- Reports directly to the **Sales Manager** and collaborates with the marketing, reception, and customer service teams.
- Attractive commission structure in addition to a basic salary, based on achieving monthly sales targets.

**Career Path**:

- Promotion to **Reception & Sales Supervisor**, then to **Branch Sales Manager**.
- Opportunity to grow into higher management roles based on performance and potential.
