**Role**: Development Director (Marina)
**Direct Reports**: A crew of Development, Design, and Asset Managers
**Division**: Development Department
**Company**: A Saudi PIF Development Company

As the Development Director, you'll be the captain of the ship, leading the development of a spectacular marina project. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to oversee the entire development process from start to finish. We're talking about transforming a coastal area into a magnificent marina destination that will leave people in awe.

Your main responsibilities will be collaborating closely with Urban Planning, Finance, and Project teams. You'll review and endorse concept strategies, development programs, and business cases. But that's not all You'll also be responsible for crafting and executing strategies for the marina's success. We’ll want you to set asset targets, conduct market research, come up with value creation plans, and create marketing strategies that will attract investors and visitors alike.

Now, let's talk about your key accountabilities and activities. Here's the breakdown:

- You'll report directly to the Executive Director and take charge of all aspects of asset development for the marina project.
- As the Development Director, you'll be the mastermind behind real estate development, planning, and finance.
- Your extensive knowledge and experience will be put to good use as you review and recommend project proposals and master planning phases.
- Collaboration will be your secret weapon You'll work closely with our client’s Urban Planning, Project, and Finance teams to ensure that the regional master plan and necessary infrastructure align with their vision.
- Strategic thinking is your superpower You'll identify and define delivery strategies and phasing in coordination with various departments and teams.
- You'll make sure that business cases are executed to perfection, managing stakeholder relationships like a pro.
- Corporate governance and regulatory requirements? No problem You'll navigate the necessary frameworks and ensure compliance every step of the way.
