As a Saudi SOC Team Leader at CCDS, you will play a key role in managing and leading a team of cybersecurity analysts to provide exceptional security operation center (SOC) services to our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the SOC team, ensuring the timely detection, response, and resolution of security incidents. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and other teams to identify security risks, develop strategies, and implement effective solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity analysts in the SOC
- Ensure the timely detection, response, and resolution of security incidents
- Develop and implement SOC processes and procedures
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their security needs and requirements
- Identify security risks, implement preventive measures, and develop incident response plans
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the SOC team members
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and their resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and industry best practices
**Requirements**:
- Saudi Nationality is required
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security operations
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of cybersecurity analysts
- Deep understanding of security operations center (SOC) processes, procedures, and technologies
- Strong knowledge of security incident detection, response, and resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly preferred
