**Position**: Team Leader - AVL
**Location**: Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia

The Team Leader for AVL (Audio-Visual and Lighting) is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of all audio-visual equipment within the park. This role ensures that all shows, events, and attractions are delivered with the highest quality of sound and lighting. The Team Leader will also supervise and mentor AVL team members, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to handle daily operations and special events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise AVL team members and manage daily AVL operations.
- Coordinate with event planners, show directors, and other departments to fulfill AVL requirements for shows and events.
- Ensure all AVL equipment is properly maintained and operational.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Train AVL technicians in equipment use and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the technical team for the setup and operation of lighting and sound systems for performances.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for AVL projects and initiatives.
- Lead performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all AVL operations.
- Assist in coordinating and executing ongoing training sessions for the AVL team.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

**Experience**:

- 5-10 years experience in AVL systems, preferably in an entertainment or theme park environment.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with sound and lighting equipment is essential.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in audio-visual technology, including sound systems, lighting systems, and video equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and mentor team members.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
