**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Straw Maintenance Leader to be responsible for Process line in terms of efficient and effective running of the process. The Straw Maintenance Leader will be performing an analysis of the losses in the Process, performing maintenance cost control and proposing actions derived from analysis to improve equipment efficiency.

The position is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

**What you will do**:

- Be responsible for the equipment efficiency or process/production line.
- Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency, etc.
- Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production line.
- Working site management and be responsible for safety.
- WCM Activities in the Factory, support pillar progress and participate in WCM pillar activity.

**We believe you have**:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent (University).
- At least 3 years experience in Straw production area.
- Strong background in WCM analysis and tools. Analytical and expert in Process Parameters measurement and improvement techniques.
- Preferred experience in Quality/Other Production process/Maintenance or WCM.
