We’re seeking a **highly skilled and motivated Group Financial Controller** to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the the **Director of Finance,** you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing our financial operations, driving performance, and supporting our ambitious growth plans.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead the day-to-day financial operations, including management & financial reporting, plus regulatory compliance.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, providing leadership and support.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with our growth objectives — spotting opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Provide strategic financial insights and analysis for key business decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring best practices into the business.

**Requirements**:
**What You Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA, ACCA, CPA, CMA preferred).
- 3+ years of proven senior financial management experience (tech scale-up experience is a big plus).
- Fluency in Arabic & English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership with a track record of managing teams and delivering results.
- Deep understanding of FP&A, accounting, cost control, and taxation.
- Analytical mindset — able to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented mindset and passion for innovation.
- Proficiency in financial management software & advanced Excel skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
