We Are Hiring – Group Chief Financial Officer | Riyadh, KSA

A leading Saudi family-owned investment group is seeking an experienced Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial strategy, governance, and performance management of a diverse portfolio spanning energy, power solutions, industrial services, contracting, FMCG, logistics and real estate.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a finance executive with strong expertise in corporate finance, investment oversight, and family-business governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute group-wide financial strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and cash-flow management across multiple subsidiaries.
  • Drive investment evaluation, capital structuring, and portfolio performance optimisation.
  • Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
  • Manage banking, audit, and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to the family principals and executive leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • 15+ years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally within a family office, holding group, or diversified conglomerate.
  • Strong expertise in corporate finance, investment analysis, and financial governance.
  • Proven experience managing multi-sector portfolios.
  • Solid understanding of the dynamics and decision-making frameworks within family-owned businesses.
  • Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. (Master's degree or certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred.)
