As a Human Resources Manager you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and employee onboarding to performance management and employee relations. This position requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business objectives and ensure the development and retention of a talented workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company culture.

**Employee Relations**:Act as a mediator and advisor in resolving employee conflicts and issues.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Performance Management**:Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance appraisals.
Work closely with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.

**Training and Development**:Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
Facilitate professional development opportunities for employees.

**Benefits Administration**:Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Stay informed about industry trends and recommend adjustments to the benefits package.

**Compliance**:Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update company policies accordingly.

**Employee Engagement**:Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- years of progressive experience in human resources management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in handling confidential and sensitive information

**Salary**: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
