Job Title: HR Manager

Job Purpose:

  • To lead and develop the Human Resources function by designing and implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the company's business objectives, operational scale, expansion strategy, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall HR strategy to support business objectives, operational efficiency, and the expansion of fuel station operations.
  • Lead and govern the entire Human Resources function across head office and all fuel station operations nationwide, ensuring effective HR governance, operational excellence, and long-term workforce stability.
  • Oversee high-volume recruitment operations across all regions, covering fuel station staff, supervisors, and management/operational leadership roles, to ensure timely hiring aligned with business and expansion needs.
  • Design and implement performance management, training, and employee development programs.
  • Establish and continuously enhance HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with Saudi Labor Law and organizational requirements.
  • Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization (Nitaqat), and all government platforms (MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Absher Business, etc.).

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles in medium to large organizations.
  • Strong expertise in HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, and HR governance.
  • Proven leadership, decision-making, and change management capabilities.
  • Strong ability to develop HR policies, performance systems, and talent development initiatives.
  • Excellent executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • High professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
