To drive data intelligence initiatives across Pre Authorization operations by leveraging advanced analytics, AI/ML, and process optimization to identify trends, enhancing automation, and supporting strategic decision-making to achieve departmental KPIs.

**Process Optimization & Innovation**:

- Utilize statistical tools to identify and interpret patterns and trends
- Conduct research to explore solutions for existing process challenges and trends.
- Monitor existing solutions and ensure that decisions initially proposed are in line with trends.
- Build Models to analyze big data and fine tune them for automation, data analytics and FWA
- Partner with process owners to identify automation opportunities.
- Document and prioritize use cases for digital transformation.
- Lead AI-related innovation projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions to automate decision-making.
- Continuously refine algorithms based on real-time performance and feedback.
- Analyze large datasets to identify business trends and inefficiencies.
- Create models to forecast pre-authorization demand and detect anomalies.
- Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.

**Business Collaboration**:

- Maintain an understanding of key business requirements to document and design AI solutions.
- Ensure end to end testing of newly developed systems and it’s applicability to existing business process
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence across workflows.
- Ensure AI systems align with regulatory, ethical, and operational standards
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing on data-driven tools.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to operationalize models.

**System Performance & Monitoring**:

- Maintain documentation and AI logics applied and assist in troubleshooting in case of identified bugs.
- Maintain and in depth understanding of applied logics to check applicability of proposed changes.
- Oversee the performance of deployed AI tools and automation solutions.
- Maintain system health dashboards and logs for AI modules

**Skills**:

- Data Science and Statistics
- CS and programming
- Modern software development principles
- Proficiency in data science, AI/ML tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional project management
- Bachelor’s Degree preferrably in Engineering, Actuary, Computer Science, Statistics, or MIS
- Experience in Medical Insurance industry is an advantage
- Strong understanding of healthcare data (medical codes, claims, utilization)
