Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Mobility Specialist **to join our team In this role you will get to r esponsible for Parsons’s mobility and accommodation management for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP). Responsible and accountable for ensuring that all work is in full coordination with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC).

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Develops and implements the program mobility and accommodation plans & policies.
- Develops Standard operating procedures for the mobility and accommodation aspects of the program and ensure that QIP has operational consistency across the program.
- Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the mobility and accommodation program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
- Facilitates forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations on the program.
- Responsible for oversight of all mobility and accommodation among our team.
- Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners for integrated mobility and accommodation with all key stakeholders, including authorising authorities.
- Reports mobility and accommodation issues to the QIP XDS People Director and develops appropriate recommendations/ resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
- Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.

- Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment, under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
- Experience in data curation; data acquisition, cleaning, and management; data interpretation and analysis; and the presentation and communication of reproducible results in an engaging manner
- Integrity, advanced professionalism, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information
- High-level understanding and appreciation of mobility and accommodation in complex stakeholder environments and within the major program sector, both internal and external, preferably within KSA.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Excellent organization and follow through abilities.
- Excellent business judgment.
