The Role
**Requirements**:

- Formally admitted in Saudi Arabia - Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school. - Admission to the Saudi Bar Association and in good standing. - Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation and/or corporate law. - Proven track record of successful case management and client representation. - Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities. - Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

About the company
