The Role
**Requirements**:

- Admitted in a common law jurisdiction (US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc) - A qualified lawyer with significant experience in corporate and finance law, ideally gained within an international law firm environment. - Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a legal practice, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results. - Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to understand and address the needs of diverse clients across different industries. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and work effectively with colleagues at all levels. - Demonstrated business development and marketing skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities for the firm. - A commitment to delivering exceptional legal services, with a focus on quality, integrity, and ethical conduct. - Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable, with the ability to communicate and work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment. - Would need a proven track record and have some level of a book of business to follow them.
