**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the delivery of offshoring consulting services, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
- Oversee the implementation of offshoring solutions, including resource management, process transitions, and service optimization.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics, driving excellence in service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-border teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient delivery of services.
- Identify risks and challenges in offshoring projects and implement mitigation strategies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, recommending best practices and innovative approaches for offshoring solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in service delivery management within the offshoring or outsourcing consulting space.
- Deep understanding of offshoring models, cross-border collaboration, and consulting frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
- Familiarity with service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Experience working with multinational teams and managing cultural diversity is preferred.
