- **Continuous Improvement**: Assist in the ongoing improvement of project management processes, suggesting new tools, technologies, and best practices for more effective project delivery.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
- **1-2 years** of experience as a **Project Coordinator** or in a similar role, preferably within the **banking, financial services**, or **fintech sectors**.
- Strong understanding of **project management processes** and methodologies (e.g., **Agile**, **Waterfall**).
- Basic knowledge of **banking operations**, **regulatory compliance**, and common banking systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Familiarity with **project management tools** (e.g., **Jira**, **Trello**, **MS Project**, **Asana**) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, **Finance**, **Information Technology**, or a related field.
