**Job Summary**:
- In this role you will be responsible for reaching the total sales and individual product targets within the budget in the region designated and represent the company professionally at the highest level.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Selling exclusively within the scope of the company's product range management strategies.
- Developing relationships with all Orthopedic surgeons and affiliated staff in the region.
- Giving high quality support for surgeons during the surgery.
- Providing or ensure all training tools needed for Zimmer products.
- Tracking visits or referrals made in accordance with the instructions given by the Regional Sales Manager on time.
- Adhere to regional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Force.
- Performing other activities for activities such as sales meetings, exhibition and personnel training, if requested by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Ensure that adequate care is given to all samples or vehicles supplied to persons.
- Participate in the process of inventory control of FOC instruments and stock of materials to be delivered when needed.
- Providing weekly / monthly reports to the Regional Sales Manager regarding performance, work and competition.
**Expected Areas of Competence**:
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken & written.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a company from a similar sector, experience with arthroplasty products preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Leadership.
- Planning and Organizing.
- Customer-Oriented.
- Analysis and Decision Making.
**Travel Requirements**:
10-30% within the assigned region.
