As Kitchen and Laundry Equipments Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for any mechanical or electrical task (i. e. Kitchen &Laundry) that is given to you which falls within the remit of your Multi Skills training and must carry out the works in a professional manner.
**What will I be doing?**
As a Kitchen and Laundry Equipments Maintenance Supervisor:
1. You will be implementing the Hotel's safe systems of work and safety lock out systems. to carry out your duties on a day rota as laid down by the Chief Engineer.
2. You will be responsible for the smooth running of all plant and service whilst on duty.
3. Assembling, installing, repairing and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment. Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance. Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals. Maintaining a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery of Kitchen and Laundry Equipment.
4. You must be fully competent in the use of all hand tools and portable test equipment.
5. You have to be fully conversant with the Kitchen and laundry equipment and to ensure they are fully functional at all times.
6. You have to ensure a full working knowledge of all systems within the hotel that fall under your responsibility.
7. You are responsible for the correct operation of the Hotel's Kitchen and laundry systems isolating alarms as required and logging all information.
8. You will be an active member of the hotels emergency team.
