**What you'll be doing**

you will monitor and ensure a seamless customer journey omni-channel operations across all brands. You will resolve any issues faced throughout the order journey aiming to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support the Omni-Channel Operations Lead in ensuring smooth customer journeys across all channels.
- Assist in communicating changes in processes to service providers and third parties to minimize disruptions.
- Aid in audits and action plans to enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with support services and providers to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and improve performance.
- Participate in brand meetings to assist in supporting growth strategies and operational readiness.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for standardization across brands and supporting project coordination.
- Resolving issues encountered by orders to uphold customer satisfaction.
- Support in facilitating communication among stakeholders and project initiatives.
- Assist in analysing processes, proposing enhancements, and contributing to efficiency efforts.
- Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the team.
- Assist in conducting test orders, tracking journeys, and suggesting improvements.
- Support in OMS-related configurations or enhancements.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure timely delivery of brand enhancements.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the retail field
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts and conduct market visits as needed
