**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage and execute 2-3 food categories that meet and exceed financial goals and objectives
- Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure the success of your assigned categories
- Conduct regular category reviews to ensure that product assortments, pricing, and promotions are optimized for success
- Manage relationships with vendors to negotiate terms and secure exclusive products and deals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging products, and best practices to continuously improve category performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in category management or a related area
- Experience working with KSA local suppliers/merchants in e-grocery industry (e-com) is a must
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful category strategies
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Arabic
