A leading provider of power transmission solutions in globally who offer end-to-end services from design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of power transmission infrastructure.

**Position**: Construction Head - Wind_BoP

**Years of Experience**: 15+ Years

Construction Head Wind - BOP will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of wind energy projects from the contractor side, specifically focusing on the balance of plant (BOP) aspects.

This role will involve coordinating and leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Take responsibility and ownership for executing the project end-to-end and for delivery of project on time with good quality, safety, and profitability.

1. HSE Compliance: Promote and enforce a strong safety culture at the construction site. Implement safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with relevant occupational health and safety international regulations.

2. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes and monitor the adherence to project specifications, standards, and safety regulations. Conduct inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure the quality and integrity of the construction work.

3. Project Planning: Collaborate with the project management team to develop construction plans, schedules, and budgets for wind BOP activities.

4. Construction Management: Supervise and manage the construction teams and contractors involved in the BOP construction activities. Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to ensure efficient and safe execution of construction tasks.

5. Site Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including construction managers, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure smooth construction operations.

6.Progress Monitoring: Monitor the construction progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure timely completion of BOP construction activities. Prepare regular progress reports for project stakeholders.
