Job Description: As the Head of Retail Partnerships, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the projects, from initial business development to final execution. **Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage a team of retail project managers, designers, and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client meetings to final handover, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to develop innovative and functional retail design concepts that align with the clients’ brand and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
Develop and implement project management processes and tools to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition and identify opportunities for business growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards across all projects.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering their professional growth and development.
**Requirements**:
Experience in business development, preferably within the store fitout or construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex retail fitout projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of retail design principles, space planning, visual merchandising, and construction processes.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
