**Your Mission at Sweater**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to user behavior, transactional activities, and service performance on our mobile app.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of operational initiatives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to drive decision-making and strategic planning.

**Product Optimization**:

- Collaborate with the product development team to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience and improving app functionality.
- Conduct usability tests and gather feedback from users to identify pain points and areas for optimization.
- Work closely with developers to prioritize and implement feature enhancements and bug fixes.

**Service Operations Management**:

- Monitor the performance of our network of car washers and ensure adherence to service standards and quality guidelines.
- Optimize scheduling and routing algorithms to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times for customers and service providers.
- Implement processes and protocols to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.

**Supply Chain and Logistics**:

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of car wash supplies and equipment for our service providers.
- Optimize inventory management processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory levels.
- Monitor logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient deployment of service providers to customer locations.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and post-mortem analyses to assess the impact of operational initiatives and identify areas for further improvement.

**Requirements**:
2+ years of experience in operations analysis, product management, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or service industry
- . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

-. Strong Project management skills: JIRA, User Stories, StoryPointing, Sprint Planning, Prioritization, Sprint Retrospectives
