**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the IT Business Relations team to gather requirements and contribute to solution identification and tender processes
- Support process optimization efforts to improve efficiency and user experiences
- Aid in overseeing the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and integration of solutions
- Provide support on F&B and Retail systems, offering insights and guidance alongside the Manager during design and delivery phases

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field
- Solid understanding of F&B and Retail business processes and systems
- Experience supporting IT solution delivery in F&B and Retail environments is a plus
- Familiarity with system integrations involving Entertainment Ticketing, ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Material Control, and Digital Platforms (e.g., mobile apps, web portals)
- Good understanding of APIs, middleware, and data exchange protocols
- Experience working with Master System Integrators (MSI) and third-party vendors
