- 1This is a great opportunity to join the new clinical and care leadership team at a well-known medical hospital in Saudi Arabia. As a Director of Primary Care, you will oversee the provision of high-quality clinical and professional leadership for primary care and hold responsibility for locally translating and delivering the NC population health improvement strategy. At the same time, you will play an influential role as part of a system-level community of practice - sharing innovation, driving clinical priorities & conversations & tackling unwarranted variation and inequalities. You will work collaboratively to strengthen clinical and professional collaboration across systems, places, and neighborhoods and tackle existing and new primary care priorities.
**Requirements**:
To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:
Required:
- Should have a Western qualification - UK board, Irish Board, Canadian or Australian board.
- Five years of department head experience or Senior level - Director or Head of Primary Care Department
- Must be able to read, write legibly, speak, and comprehend English
- Should have clinical background.
- Must be classifed as Consultant by SCFHS as might require to open clinics / set up clinics depending on operational needs.
Location - Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
