**Project Delivery Director - Dammam (Jackets, Topsides and Off Shore Platforms)**

Our client is looking for an a meticulous and well organized OFF SHORE Construction Delivery Director to be responsible for managing the delivery of the Project, including, and not limited to, quality control measures, budgets and project timelines.

He has to ensure that the project is executed in the most efficient manner ensuring the project’s integrity and high HSE standards, while minimizing costs and future out of service period.

You will have minimum 15 years of experience in offshore industry, Oil and Gas at supervisory and management level.

The Project delivery director shall have a clear understanding ,exposure and delivery of:

- Rigs (fixed & Floating)
- ⁠Ship systems
- Execution of full projects from budget till delivery
- ⁠International experience with projects executed in different countries
- ⁠Proven experience in WBS, cost control ,planning and risk

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the Projects Managers and teams.
- Ensure resource planning and allocation are in place for the ongoing projects.
- Coordinate the definition and preparation of the overall work scopes for the project.
- Analyze project budgets, plan and schedule project work and coordinate with project teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met.
- Coordinate with Engineering Director and Construction Director to prepare the Project Execution plan.
- Coordinate with Project Control Director and review all the detailed reports to be submitted to senior management on project status.
- Perform review of the project status based on the initial project milestones plan and budget.
- Inform stakeholders of project status based on project specific milestones and deliverance.
- Implement cost control measures to ensure project stay within budget.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the execution and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Participate in contract negotiations with Procurement department.
- Implement quality control.
