We are looking for an experienced **Senior Commercial Manager** to lead our commercial and contractual strategy, ensuring the project's financial performance aligns with our high standards and goals.

**Job Summary**:
As the Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management and financial health of our Tunnel Construction MEP Fit-Out Project. This includes overseeing contract administration, cost control, procurement, and risk management, with a focus on maximizing the project's financial success while maintaining compliance with local regulations and corporate policies. You will lead a commercial team, collaborate with stakeholders, and be a key part of strategic decisions on project progress.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Contract Management**: Administer and manage all contracts related to the project, ensuring compliance and addressing any contract variations, extensions, or claims.
- ** Cost Control**: Lead project cost control efforts, develop accurate budgets, and monitor expenditures to meet financial objectives.
- ** Risk Management**: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impacts on budget, schedule, and quality.
- ** Procurement**: Oversee procurement strategies, negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- ** Financial Reporting**: Prepare and present regular financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections to senior management.
- ** Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor a commercial team, providing guidance on contract administration, budgeting, and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 15 years of experience in commercial management within the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior commercial role on large-scale infrastructure or MEP projects.
- ** Certifications**: Professional qualifications such as MRICS, CIPS, or Prince2 are highly desirable.
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or certification in Project Management or Cost Management is a plus.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong understanding of FIDIC and other contract frameworks
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and financial management skills
- Advanced knowledge of commercial risk management practices in construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
